What we collect
We collect personal information only when you send us an enquiry through the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the plan you are interested in, whether you would like a call back, the message you write, and your consent. If you email or phone us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, to call you back if you ask us to, and to discuss a possible support plan or hosting package. We do not use it for any other purpose and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered by email to C-CUBED staff. They are sent through our website host and our mail service. They are not stored on the website itself.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages are read, but only if you accept the cookie notice. Without your consent no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your approximate location, device and browser details and the pages you view. It does not receive your name or the contents of the contact form, and IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. Google may process this data on servers outside South Africa. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. There are no advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts, apart from Google Analytics after consent, are served from this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to its use. Contact us at info@c-cubed.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
